As we are reinventing our organizations, shifting leadership and going into a new era of how we serve our organizations - training, empowering and equipping leaders is a necessity.

Errol D. Toulon, Jr

Formed by Suffolk County Sheriff, Dr. Errol D. Toulon, Jr. in 2021, The Executive Leadership Conference is dedicated to the training, growth and empowerment of both current and up-and-coming executive supervisors. With more than 30 years in law enforcement, Sheriff Toulon has seen first-hand the power & influence of leaders and the lack of training in the various organizations he has worked for. In the aftermath of a global pandemic and the animosity, lack of trust and hardship facing law enforcement over the past two years, he made it his mission to develop trainings that would empower, equip and train up executive leaders, in all walks of life, to do better, be better and think better.

The 2024 Executive Leadership Conference will be held at the Boulton Center for the Performing Arts, Bay Shore, NY.

From the East (using Sunrise Highway/NY-27):

Take Sunrise Highway (NY-27) West.

Take exit 43A for 5th Avenue/Bay Shore.

Merge onto Sunrise Highway South Service Road.

Turn left onto 5th Avenue.

Continue straight to stay on 5th Avenue.

Turn right onto Mechanicsville Road.

Turn left onto S Clinton Avenue.

The Boulton Center will be on your left at 37 W Main St, Bay Shore, NY 11706.

From the West (using Southern State Parkway):

Take Southern State Parkway East.

Take exit 42S for 5th Avenue/Bay Shore.

Merge onto 5th Avenue heading south.

Continue straight to stay on 5th Avenue.

Turn right onto Mechanicsville Road.

Turn left onto S Clinton Avenue.

Take Sagtikos Parkway South.

Take exit S3 to merge onto Southern State Parkway West toward New York.

Turn right onto Mechanicsville Road.
